Two ways to get paid.
Most people run both.
Fiber pays on a weekly ladder. The other four lines pay their own commission per job, set by the size of the job. They're deliberately separate: a trade sale never drags your fiber rate around, and a quiet fiber week never shrinks what a roof pays.

Nothing caps a trade commission and there's no top rung to top out at. The fiber ladder resets every Monday — a signed job pays what it pays.
Solar and roofing are live now; backup power and LED lighting open as their installers come on. Fiber is the volume line most people start on and keep running, and the trades are fewer doors and bigger tickets — the two structures are built to sit side by side, not to compete for your week. You're paid as a contractor on every line — you'll file a 1099, and we'll tell you what that means before you sign anything, not after.
